Sound familiar?
They’re reasonable questions. Answering them shouldn’t take half your afternoon.
“Which client decisions are holding up the next drawing issue?”
“How many studio hours have gone into this revision?”
“Where did we record the agreed renovation allowance?”
Aqtos BOSS* helps architecture studios organize design delivery and business operations: client briefs, review tasks, recorded studio time, budgets, expenses and invoices. It provides the coordination around the design work.
We’ve all been there
You open the inbox, then a task spreadsheet, then the chat where the latest decision was made. The work is there, but your architecture studio still has to piece it together before anyone can take the next step.
Built around your business
Consolidate your architecture studio into one easy-to-use business operating system. Then operate it the way you always imagined, with teams and AI agents.
One connected workspace.Design reviews
Keep the brief, client comments and revision tasks on the project. Assign an owner to each decision or drawing check, then track what is ready for the next review.
Create the Riverside renovation review for Leo, due Friday. Put the $85,000 renovation allowance in the brief. Add subtasks for the layout revision, material schedule and client questions. Created the renovation review for Leo, due Friday. The brief records the $85,000 client allowance, with three review subtasks.
Studio effort
Record the agreed renovation allowance in the brief and track the studio's own planned and recorded hours. Keep project expenses nearby so a revision discussion includes the effort already spent.
Show the recorded hours against the planned effort for Riverside apartment renovation. 76 hours recorded out of 120 planned. Review the remaining scope before adding more work.
Review cover
Check who is away before assigning the site-visit notes or client presentation. A new task owner gets the brief and discussion with the work, making the handover easier to follow.
Elena is away. Assign Riverside's Layout revision to Leo for Friday's client review. Leo now owns Layout revision, due Friday. The brief and client comments stay with the task.

Before you move your work
Set up each commission as a project, keep the client brief and review tasks together, assign design and coordination actions, and record studio time and project expenses. Use the same workspace for the related client and invoice records.
Keep the client's construction or renovation allowance explicit in the project brief, and use the studio's budget and time records for its own delivery review. Agree which amounts represent client spend, studio fees and expenses so those figures are not confused.
BOSS* coordinates projects and business operations around design work. Keep your CAD, BIM and specialist drawing tools for design production, model coordination and any required drawing-control process.
Record the requested change on the project, give the revision an owner and date, and keep comments with the task. Review the additional work against the agreed scope and recorded studio time before promising the next issue.
The examples show a connected AI tool turning a review request into a task and subtasks, recording a project expense and handing over a revision task. The agent works with the business records around the design process.
