We believe business software should see

In 20 years of running an ICT consultancy, the questions that took the most time were rarely the hard ones. They were the simple ones that needed a lot of context.
Can we take on another project? Why is this one over budget? Should we give that client a discount? The answers existed. They were just scattered across tools, spreadsheets, conversations and someone’s memory.
For a long time, I thought a better process, another checklist or another meeting would solve it. What we really needed was for the facts to know about each other.
A client saying yes to a new project is a fact. Knowing they still owe you for the last three changes the whole conversation. That’s context: the right facts, together, before the decision.
That’s why we built Aqtos BOSS*: to bring our operations under one roof. We’ve run our own company on it long enough that I no longer miss the ten-plus tabs.
Today, AI gives this idea another reason to exist. Most companies have access to the same models. The difference is what those models know about your business. If your team can’t find the context, your AI won’t either.
