These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aqtos.com and related services (collectively, “Aqtos” or “Service”) operated by CTRLALTDEL Media Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using Aqtos, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Who Can Use Aqtos?
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Aqtos. If you’re using Aqtos on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Your Account
Registration: You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We’re not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Account Responsibility: You’re responsible for all activity under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Aqtos only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
- Scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload, create, or store in Aqtos (“Your Content”).
License to Us: By using Aqtos, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
Your Responsibility: You’re responsible for Your Content and must have all necessary rights to use and share it. We’re not responsible for Your Content or how you use it.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes copyrights, violates privacy rights, or is otherwise harmful or offensive.
5. Our Intellectual Property
All content on Aqtos – including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks – is owned by CTRLALTDEL Media Inc. or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of Aqtos without our written permission.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Billing: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Subscription Plans: Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime through your account settings.
Price Changes: We may change our pricing with 30 days’ notice. Price changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
Free Trials: We may offer free trials. When the trial ends, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
7. Cancellation and Termination
By You: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use Aqtos ends immediately. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period following termination.
8. Service Availability and Changes
Uptime: We strive to keep Aqtos available 24/7, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
Changes to Service: We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Aqtos at any time with or without notice.
Data Backup: While we implement backup procedures, you’re responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Content.
9. Disclaimers
AS IS: Aqtos is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee: We don’t guarantee that Aqtos will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Third-Party Services: Aqtos may integrate with third-party services. We’re not responsible for those services or their availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
Damages Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CTRLALTDEL Media Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use Aqtos.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims related to Aqtos is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you haven’t paid us anything.
Exceptions: Some jurisdictions don’t allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CTRLALTDEL Media Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from:
- Your use of Aqtos
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Content
12. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Aqtos, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

- We’ll update the “Last Updated” date
- For material changes, we’ll notify you via email or through the Service
Your continued use of Aqtos after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws selected by CTRLALTDEL Media Inc, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Aqtos will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may bring claims in small claims court if they qualify.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to bring class action lawsuits.
15. General
Entire Agreement: These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CTRLALTDEL Media Inc. is incorporated and maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms doesn’t constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.
