We want you to be happy with Aqtos. If it’s not working for you, here’s how refunds work.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Try Aqtos risk-free for 30 days. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll refund your first payment – no questions asked.

This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions (first month),
  • Annual subscriptions (full refund within 30 days).

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with “Refund Request” in the subject line. Include:

  • Your account email,
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We’ll process it within 5-7 business days.

What’s Not Covered

We can’t offer refunds for:

  • Subscriptions older than 30 days,
  • Accounts that have been extensively used (we define this as processing 10+ users, 500+ events or managing 5+ projects)
  • Add-ons purchased separately after the initial subscription,
  • Second or subsequent billing cycles.

Cancellations

Cancel anytime via Settings > Cancel subscription on your Aqtos instance. No fees, no hassle.

When you cancel:

  • You keep access until the end of your current billing period,
  • Your data stays available for 30 days in case you want to come back,
  • After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are refunded in full if you cancel within 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds – but you keep access for the full year you paid for.
