How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is $96 USD per user, paid once per year: $8 per user per month, saving 20%. Five users cost $480 per year. Final totals and applicable taxes appear at checkout.
Does adding people change the Pro price?
Yes. Choose the number of people who need login access, with a minimum of five. AI agents and records without login access do not count. Existing customers keep their current pricing and allowances.
What should we check before switching?
Try the workflows your team depends on. Include any specialist accounting, payroll or industry tools you need to keep in your cost comparison.
Can you help with onboarding?
Teams of more than 10 people get a free import consultation. Bring your current tools, data sources and the work you need to move.
Where can I check trial and refund terms?
