Aqtos joins NVIDIA Inception

Project, team and chart cards connected by teal paths to an NVIDIA logo tile and branching dotted lines

Aqtos has joined NVIDIA Inception, a program that supports startups building with AI. Membership gives our team access to technical resources, training and partner benefits as we continue developing Aqtos BOSS*, our business operating system for teams and AI agents.

Connecting the work behind a business

Running a company means keeping track of more than tasks. Projects depend on people, clients, budgets and the decisions made along the way. When those details live in separate tools, teams spend time finding information and piecing it together before they can act.

Aqtos BOSS* brings projects, clients, people and finances into one connected workspace. Teams can manage everyday work in the application, while connected AI assistants can work with the same business information through MCP, the Model Context Protocol.

That gives tools such as Claude and ChatGPT a practical role in day-to-day operations: helping teams find answers and carry out work using the records already in Aqtos. The aim is straightforward: less time reconstructing what is happening across the company, and more time doing the work.

What NVIDIA Inception adds

NVIDIA Inception provides access to developer resources and technical training, alongside member offers and opportunities across NVIDIA’s startup ecosystem. For our team, these resources can help us evaluate technologies and develop the skills needed for the next stages of Aqtos.

We’re approaching the program with specific questions about where AI can be useful in business operations, and which approaches are worth testing.

Building BCG and Aqtos AI on top of BOSS*

BOSS* remains our flagship business operating system. We’re developing BCG (Business Condition Graph) and Aqtos AI as additional products on top of that foundation, using connected business data to help teams understand how their company is doing and where to act next.

Access to NVIDIA’s developer resources, model libraries and tools will help us evaluate new approaches to improving both products. For BCG, we want to explore better analysis of business events, patterns and potential risks over time. For Aqtos AI, we want to improve how it interprets company information and supports useful actions. We’ll assess the relevant models and products against our needs, their licensing terms and the results of testing.

Exploring predictions from business activity

One area we want to explore is prediction from connected business records and events over time. Alongside our existing AI integrations, we’re interested in approaches such as Kumo Relational and how it could help identify patterns across operational data.

For example, could patterns in project activity help a team spot delivery risk earlier? Could changes in workload and spending provide a more useful view of what may need attention next?

This is an exploration area. Any predictive capability would need to be tested for accuracy, reliability and usefulness before becoming part of the product.

We’re building an operational context layer for business: connecting company data so teams and AI agents can understand what is happening and act on it. BOSS* is the foundation, with BCG and Aqtos AI building on that shared context. Joining NVIDIA Inception gives us additional resources to continue this work.
