Connect Aqtos to your n8n workflows.
Build the automation in n8n, add an Aqtos node and authorize it for your workspace. The Aqtos integration panel explains the connection; the workflow itself is configured and activated in n8n.
Start with one useful handoff.
Choose a small, repeatable process before building a large automation. Define the source event, the Aqtos operation and how you will recognize a successful result. Check the operations available in your installed node before designing the workflow.
Build and test in n8n.
- Create or open a workflow.
Open your n8n instance. In Aqtos, Tech → Integrations → n8n → Configure provides a short explanation of how the connection works.
- Add an Aqtos node.
Place the node where the workflow should communicate with Aqtos. Choose the operation available in your installation that matches the intended handoff.
- Connect the right workspace.
Configure the Aqtos instance URL and authorization credentials required by the node. Use the destination workspace’s details, rather than copying a development URL from an example.
- Test a small example.
Run the workflow with a non-sensitive test record and inspect the result in both n8n and Aqtos. Check field mapping, permissions and what happens if the workflow runs twice.
- Activate when the result is right.
Build the remaining steps in n8n, add appropriate error handling and activate the workflow. Keep an owner for reviewing failed runs and credential changes.

Is there an automation builder in this Aqtos panel?
The panel directs you to configure the workflow in n8n. There is nothing to activate on the Aqtos n8n explanation screen itself.
What if the Aqtos node is not available?
Check your n8n version and the integrations available in your instance, then ask Aqtos support for the current installation route. Do not substitute an unverified package or endpoint.
Can I use an HTTP Request node?
n8n provides an HTTP Request node for API calls. Use it only with the documented Aqtos endpoint, authentication and payload for the operation you need. The node documentation explains request setup, not the Aqtos API contract.
Does a successful test guarantee an entire import will work?
No. Check limits, permissions, retries and duplicate handling with representative data before running a larger workflow.
