TL;DR
Project management tools are everywhere. They’re slick, colorful, and often very good at helping you move tasks from “To Do” to “Done“, while flying over “In Progress“. Great. But here’s the problem: tasks are a very small piece of a company, and there are many other components that businesses and organizations have to deal with on a daily basis – HR, vacations, absences, time tracking, tech monitoring, expenses, invoicing, proposal creation, internal documents, etc… – and these things do not live on a Kanban board.
When we started building Aqtos, we didn’t set out to create yet another project management tool. We set out to build something bigger. Something useful. Something that actually reflects how companies really work. That’s why we’re building a company OS, or like we call it BOSS (Business Operating System as a Service).
A company operating system (Company OS) also called business operating system, is a central platform that connects all the core components of your business – people, work, finances, documents and communication – into one place.
